Some marriages skip over that "honeymoon period" and go straight to open combat. Check out our new comic.
Franco and Eloise had been married for almost a year...
...but their house wasn't quite done.
Franco nagged Eloise about getting the house more in shape.
Eloise told him it was too expensive and that they needed to save money.
Franco thought that just because he had a job, he didn't have to do housework.
But some old-fashioned traditions have lost their appeal.
One day Franco stayed home from work and insisted Eloise go out to shop for furnishings.
But Eloise came home empty-handed.
The next day, Franco again stayed home, insisting Eloise go buy furnishings.
Staying home got him fired...and Eloise returned empty-handed again.
Then, Eloise revealed that she'd been secretly going to a great job all along.
Now Franco stays home, especially after discovering that he was a fabulous home decorator.

Rick was a guy who knew a good time.
It was a rare night when he wasn't entertaining.
Being a single parent didn't crimp his style either.
In fact, Bubba thought his dad was the greatest.
Rick even built Bubba a great playhouse in the backyard.
Of course, it didn't quite compare with Dad's playhouse...
...but Bubba tried a few parties of his own anyway.
One day, Rick noticed furniture missing from the library.
He called the cops, but they couldn't find any clues.
Buying a burglar alarm didn't help -- the next day, the couch beneath it was gone.
One day, Rick noticed a few extra kids in the backyard...
...like father, like son.
